We accept most major insurance plans. Co-pays and non-covered services are due at the time of your visit, and we accept checks, credit cards, and debit cards. Please bring your current insurance details, a photo ID, and a list of your current medications, including over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, and supplements.
We understand that sometimes you might need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by calling 412-262-4694. Keep in mind, if appointments are missed often, OVIPC may charge a fee.

From I-79: After exiting at the Crafton/Moon Run exit get into the left lane on Route 60 south. At the stop light turn left onto McKees Rocks Rd.. Continue straight through the stop light at Kennedy Center, then turn left at the stop sign onto Heckel Road. Take the first right off of Heckel Rd. The Medical Office Building will be on your right.
From Downtown Pittsburgh: Take the Parkway West to I-79 North. Follow I-79 directions above. Or, take the exit onto 51 North. Follow signs for McKees Rocks and 51N . From Carson St. (51N) turn left onto Chartiers Ave. Follow Chartiers Ave under the RR trestle and go through two stop lights. At the third stop light, turn right and bear left, going up the hill. At the top of the hill, turn right turn at the stop sign onto Heckel Road. Take the first right off of Heckel Rd. The Medical Office Building will be on your right.
From the Pittsburgh Airport: Take the Parkway East to the Moon Run exit and get on Route 60 South toward Crafton. Continue approximately four miles and turn left onto McKees Rocks Road at the stop light at the Get Go. Continue straight through the stop light at Kennedy Center, then turn left at the stop sign onto Heckel Road. Take the first right off of Heckel Rd. The Medical Office Building will be on your right.
From Route 65: Go across the McKees Rocks bridge and make a right onto Route 51. At the first light, bear left and go up the hill. Stay on McCoy Road for approximately 3 miles until reaching the stop light at the intersection of McCoy and Pine Hollow Roads. Turn left, then bear right onto Heckel Road. Take the second left. The Medical Office Building will be on your right.
